I do not know how Beach Cities Commercial Bank would have been ready to open on time without the tremendous knowledge and consulting performed by Glyenis Hart and Faacilicom. Glyenis, was tasked to have our CORE Processor and Digital overlay working by the time we were to open. It was no easy feat. Glyenis was persistent and consistent with each build and our Bank is open and our Online Banking platform is working great. Facilicom took over as our IT consultant when we lost our proposed IT person and is now assisting our recently hired SVP/Bank Technology Manager. I can't be more relieved and pleased.

I rarely submit a recommendation, but in the case of Alex, I need to make an exception. Alex involuntarily became a direct-report to me in 2009 when our banks merged. Initially thinking his position would be eliminated, he showed me how versatile and resourceful he could be, which subsequently allowed him to lead numerous projects while we were both at Sunwest Bank, which included a huge relocation of the bank's HQ. Since then I have relied on Alex to help me. He managed the relocation of South County Bank's HQ to the Spectrum, which included successful negotiations with the Irvine Company (no small accomplishment). After I retired and became associated with Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Beach, I once again called on Alex, this time to help me with how to optimize our facility. Obviously, I endorse and recommend Alex and his staff, they take the time upfront to understand the task and they get it done, within budget and deadline.

I have known Alex Hart, for the past 20 years. There could not be a better facility and project management company than Facilicom. Facilicom has done work for my bank for the past decade, managing all our facilities. Alex is honest, hardworking, and truly a gentlemen.
