Facilities Management Services is a cost-effective solution provided by Facilicom for banks seeking to acquire other financial institutions, establish de novo banks, or outsource the management and coordination of their facilities operations.
Facilicom will assess and identify facility conditions that may not align with the Bank’s strategic facilities objectives or applicable state and local requirements and will provide recommendations for appropriate corrective action.
Facilicom will develop a comprehensive facilities roadmap and budget identifying recommended corrective actions, priorities, and implementation strategies for conditions identified during the assessment. When corrective work is required, Facilicom may assist the client in coordinating qualified vendors and appropriately licensed contractors to perform the work.
Facilicom will track, manage, and coordinate the resolution of day-to-day facilities-related issues at the Bank’s locations, including coordination with the Bank’s approved vendors, service providers, and appropriately licensed contractors, as applicable.
Facilicom provides project management and coordination support to banks during facility openings, closures, tenant improvement projects, and relocations. Our role includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, project monitoring, and owner representation. Construction, installation, and licensed trade work is performed by appropriately licensed contractors and qualified third-party service providers.
In addition to providing facilities management services to financial institutions, Facilicom provides owner’s representative and project management services for custom residential projects. Facilicom serves as the owner’s advocate and liaison with architects, engineers, general contractors, specialty consultants, and other project participants. Facilicom coordinates and monitors project activities on behalf of the owner but does not perform construction or licensed trade work.
