With over [35] years of experience in the banking industry, Glyenis possesses a deep expertise in strategic planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has assisted prominent community banks on a wide range of critical matters, helping them navigate through industry challenges, adapt to evolving market dynamics, and provided a plethora of tools for Banks to achieve organic growth.

Prior to co-founding Facilicom LLC, Glyenis has held prominent positions including Senior Vice President, Director of Operations, Senior Vice President, Directors of Risk Management & IT  positions at financial institutions, where she demonstrated a keen ability to identify emerging opportunities and spearhead transformative initiatives. She played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience, streamlining processes, and optimizing profitability, earning a reputation for their astute decision-making and innovative problem-solving approach.

Beyond her professional achievements, Glyenis is also the owner of G. Hart & Associates Operations Network, which includes members of more than 25 community Banks that have an asset size ranging from $200 million to more than $3 billion.

Jay Jannise

EVP/Chief Technology Consultant

Jay Jannise is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of leading the information technology and information security programs for two Commercial Banks. Jay has held prominent positions, including Chief Information Technology Officer, Director of IT and Information Security Officer.

Throughout his career, Jay has been instrumental in helping to drive the growth and success of financial institutions. Jay’s skills encompassed a wide range of crucial areas, including strategic planning, IT leadership and management, budgeting and cost containment, asset management, project management, infrastructure development, and mergers and integrations.

Jay has excelled in IT risk management, vendor management, and business continuity planning, enabling banks to operate securely and efficiently. His expertise extends to facilities management, where he has successfully managed facility and security programs such as new branch and office build- outs, redesigns, and installations of surveillance and A/V systems.

Notable accomplishments in Jay’s career include his contributions as a member of the executive leadership team to the growth of a bank from $200 million in assets to over $1.5 billion. He has effectively managed IT mergers and core conversions and electronic banking implementations. In one case leading to a 28% annual reduction in IT costs post merger. Jay’s expertise in maintaining IT budgets within 10% annually demonstrates his financial acumen and attention to cost containment.

As a champion of IT security, Jay has ensured that the organizations he has served have experienced no major breaches or security issues. His commitment to maintaining satisfactory IT audit and compliance levels has been commendable, fostering trust and integrity within the institutions.

Meredith Neely

BSA Expert

Meredith Neely is an accomplished financial services professional with over two decades of experience in banking operations and compliance. She has served as Senior Vice President and BSA/AML/OFAC Officer at a billion-dollar Bank. 

Meredith has built a reputation for excellence in regulatory compliance and strategic program development. She excels in creating, implementing, and managing robust compliance frameworks, successfully navigating Federal and State examinations, achieving clean program audits and exams.

Before joining Facilicom, Meredith held leadership roles at other Financial Institutions, including Vice President and BSA/AML/OFAC Officer, where she enhanced risk assessment programs, ensured regulatory adherence, and spearheaded the implementation of Beneficial Ownership requirements. Her tenure at this Bank also included positions such as AVP Assistant BSA/AML/OFAC Officer, where she played a critical role in developing the institution’s compliance infrastructure, and AVP Deposit Systems Support Officer, where she optimized banking system functionality for greater efficiency and profitability.

 Meredith’s diverse career also includes operational leadership, having worked as Operations Officer and Accounting Officer, where she managed critical financial functions and ensured exceptional service delivery. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, team building, and process optimization, underpinned by a deep commitment to excellence and innovation.

She’s a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Known for her effective leadership and ability to foster strong professional relationships, Meredith continues to thrive as a key figure in the compliance and banking operations arena.

Vincent Hill, HVAC

Facilities Consultant

Vincent E. Hill is an experienced professional in the Building Maintenance and Engineering field. He has a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as electrical circuits, schematics, and equipment controls. Vincent is also skilled in plumbing, digital controllers for temperature and humidity regulation, and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

He holds certifications including EPA Universal Certified, 608 & R410a Refrigeration, OSHA Certified (10hr card), and Building Performance. Vincent has a diploma in HVAC/R and Direct Digital Control Technology from Brownson Technical School and an AA Degree in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Business Management from Los Angeles Southwest College.

Vincent’s work history includes roles as a Facility Manager at Reimagine, Maintenance Engineer at Regency Theater and USC Galen Center, Project Coordinator Assistance at CET Properties, and Agent Sales Manager/Customer Service Representative at Xerox Corporation. His responsibilities have ranged from overseeing building functions, conducting safety inspections, managing facilities staff, and performing preventive maintenance to customer service and sales activities.

Francine Hood, CISM

IT, IS & Business Continuity Consultant

She has held leadership roles managing security and information technology for banks of all sizes including those with multi-billion dollar assets and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and digital transformation.

Extensive Banking and IT expertise: Ms. Hood has managed Operations, IT, Business Continuity Management and Security for banks, in senior management roles such as IT Manager, Technology Director, Information Security Officer, and Business Continuity Manager.

Risk Management leadership: She is proficient in facilitating Business Impact Analysis and BCM Risk Assessments, developing policies and procedural programs that align with the results, facilitating IT risk assessments, evaluating vulnerability assessments, preparing and administering security awareness and business continuity training for personnel and Board of Directors while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, and GLBA.
